I'm So Glad You're Here!


Hi, and welcome. Take a deep breath. Settle in. You've found your way to a little corner of the internet built for people like you — people who want to eat well, live gently, and feel more at home in their own bodies and lives.

I'm Ju, and DELÍCIA is my heart's work. The name means something close to "Ju's delight," and that's exactly what I hope this space becomes for you: a source of delight. The kind that comes from a meal made with care, a quiet moment to yourself, and the slow, steady joy of taking better care of the one life you've got.

You don't have to have it all figured out to be here. In fact, I hope you don't — because that's what this is all about.
