2 cups of Berries (I used blueberries and blackberries)
2 tbsp honey
1 scoop collagen powder

Blend it. Freeze it overnight. Enjoy.
Yum!

And just like that my baby turned two. To think I once feared to be a mama…I understand it now as the fear of a love so great it would dismantle so many ideas about who I am. Thank goodness it did.

I made a cake free of gluten and refined sugar to celebrate my lil butterfly who currently is obsessed with Elmo and his friends. I think it’s funny that she does because she has never watched an episode of Sesame Street 🤭 but she has been listening to their songs every since she was a couple of months old. She recognize their faces because Alexa shows it while playing. Tomorrow we will take her to see their show on Broadway, hoping to have a blast!

Fiz motivada pelo aniversário do meu irmão que é hj. Ele faz 29 mas eu ainda lembro de dar mamadeira pra ele fazendo de conta que ele era uma das minhas bonecas. Ele cresceu. Tudo mudou. Ainda bem. @luizo.belo te amo e te celebro.

Luteral phase breakfast 🍳

Stove top pão de queijo:
-2 tbsp tapioca flour
-4 tbsp water
-2 eggs
-2 tbsp sesame seeds
-2 tbsp cottage cheese

-salt & pepper
-avocado oil spray to grease the skillet.

Cook it Lyle it was an omelet disturbing it as little as possible.

- Role it over with some small bites of fresh Roma tomatoes inside (or any other tomato you like)

The brown paste is sunflower seeds caramel which I actually ate with 1/4 of honey crisp apple as a dessert.

2 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp sunflower seeds butter
